1. Chicken stir fry protein 32 g , carbs 22g, fat 2 g
Ingredients- 250g chicken breast, cup of capsicum, 1/4cup onion , 1/2 cup mushrooms, ginger , garlic and chilli to taste 💪🏼

2.frittata with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach , per serve ,protein 25g, carbs 11g, fat 12g( remove yolks if trying to keep fat down)
Ingredients- 2 serves ,
4 eggs, 100g mushrooms,75 g spinach, 100g cherry tomatoes. Mix and put under grill 💪🏼

3. Beef skewers , per serve protein 30g, fat 7.5g carbs 22g
BBQ for best taste
Ingredients- cubed sirloin steak, with capsicum, onion and mushrooms all on skewer💪🏼
