If you want to improve your health, look better and feel better. Join our ‘semi-private’ Women’s ONLY Group Training.

Your friendly and supportive Body Express Group Trainer will guide you and 4-6 other like-minded women through a full body workout.

Your Group Trainer will make you feel comfortable, and confident while you work up a sweat in our non-intimidating semi-private studio.

Our workouts are designed for all female body types, if you wish to achieve a toned, feminine shape, looking to slim your waist or sculpt your legs we have you covered.

Exclusive numbers in our ‘semi-private’ Group Training Sessions (4-6) means you will feel supported throughout your entire workout with our Trainer monitoring correct and safe exercise technique, receive exercise cues, encouragement and motivation.

Your Group Trainer wants you to reach your goals and be part of your journey, we want to chat with you, support you each week and answer any questions you have regarding healthy eating, creating good life-style habits or any obstacles you may have.

Cost: $35 per week.

Unlimited sessions, 4-6 women per class therefore booking your place is essential.
