Training Options

Option 1

Studio Access only -$10 per week, this includes access to our upstairs cardio room equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, cycles ,boxing equipment dumbells and barbells. Nutritional support template.

Option 2

Studio Access and 1 x Group Training session per week (Saturday a.m), Nutritional Support Template- $17.50 per week.

Option 3

Studio Access, 1 x Group Training session and 1 x 30 min Personal Training session. Nutritional Support Template- $50 per week.

Option 4

Studio Access, 1 x Group Training session and 2 x 30 min (or 1 x one hour) Personal Training session. Nutritional Support Training – $75.

Option 5

Womens ‘semi-private’ Group Training 45 min. Unlimited sessions per week however booking is required, spots are limited – $35 per week.
